Job Details
Duties & Responsibilities: To supervise all frontline executives to ensure smooth customer program management To ensure no revenue losses to company due to non - inclusion of any partner under various customer programs To handle escalations and efficient resolution of all customer queries To prepare reports for all programs as per schedule To prepare periodic MIS and share the same with customers and management.
To compile all SOP's and schedule Training and sharing with Partners Maintaining healthy relationship with Partners Analyzing the transaction trends for different programs and submit report to the management Implementing new programs across partners Coordinating & ensuring all requirements for new partner tie-ups.
