Role and Responsibilities: The HCM Techno Functional role will be responsible for; Client Facing working with the HR Team of the client and providing the necessary inputs and support for HCM Global HR and ORC modules Global HR is already implemented, and some support & enhancements are being carried out which require coordination with the client HR Team ORC is under implementation and so end-to-end implementation support is to be provided to the client Teamwork A team of 5 plus consultants is working from a remote location, the candidate is required to work with the client HR team at onsite and channel the information to the team of offsite consultants to carry out the implementation and support related tasks on an onsite-offshore model Reporting Client communications and status reporting are a key part of the responsibilities of the selected candidate.

Technical hands-on work in Fusion such as Reports, Extracts, Data Loads, etc Mandatory Requirements Degree in Technology, Engineering, or Management 6 to 8 years of Experience in HCM / HRMS Implementation using the Oracle suite of products in this space At least 6 years in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and support projects (at least 2 implementations and 2 or more support projects).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good client-facing experience/requirement gathering (Mandatory)

Oracle Cloud Hcm Techno Functional Core Hr, Orc (full Time) With A Minimum Of 7+ Years Of Experience (60% Functional, 40% Technical (or) 70% Functional, 30% Technical (or) 80% Functional, 20% Technical (or) 90% Functional, 10% Technical)
