Incubate, enhance & manage the ecosystem of Digital Partner Alliance partners - Cloud Hyperscalers, Management Consulting Firms, Global System Integrators, BPO's and Regional Value Added Resellers to drive accelerated adoption and sales of Iron Mountain's digital products/solutions in the region Build a sales & execution program through Alliance partners that supplements Iron Mountain's direct to market operations Design and execute the Alliances multi-year plan for accelerated YoY revenue growth through our Strategic and Growth Channel partners Summary -Iron Mountain's Digital Partner Alliances represents a select group of Technology OEM's, Consulting and Technology Services majors - These include Amazon, Google, Microsoft, IBM, Accenture, PWC, Deloitte, KPMG, E&Y, Capgemini, Atos, NTT, DXC, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, HCL, Genpact etc These partners have a global presence and client/revenue base and require a specialized, best-in-class level of service and attentiveness due to the nature and complexity of the business.

The goal of the Digital Alliances organization is to enhance the partnerships and drive incremental business from our joint customers as their digital and business needs evolve The Partner Alliance Representative Role is to act as a leader for an assigned set of Alliance partners supporting our global customer requirements and strategic needs by deeply understanding industry vertical alignment Responsibilities:
  • Partner Alliance relationship management and International business development
  • Market Research on assigned International Geography or Industry Vertical to identify new partnerships
  • Engage and Qualify new partners and take them through the Digital Alliances onboarding process
  • Solution Development - Work closely with the product marketing team and solutions hub to develop joint branded offerings with Alliance partners.

    This will require creating and innovating existing joint solutions and GTM models that will drive incremental value
  • Marketing Campaigns - Conceptualise, launch and execute targeted joint marketing campaigns with Alliance partners through Digital and traditional formats including Roadshows and customer events by engaging cross-functional teams across product development, sales, marketing, and support functions to execute the plan
  • Account Planning - Develop multi-year plans with the Alliance partners and monitor execution with periodic cadence for reviews The position is recognized as the leading sales strategist and business expert responsible for the overall success of one or more of our largest digital partners, including end-to-end ownership of partner's revenue and margin growth
  • Support Digital Alliances leadership on execution of global programs across the leveraging cross-functional teams.

  • Build an extended sales & execution engine through Digital Alliance partners that supplements Iron Mountain's direct to market sales
  • Teamwork and collaboration on execution of key projects
  • Ensure regular proactive communications with Digital Alliance partners including recurring issue resolution, operational review calls, and one-on-one meetings Ensure regular proactive communications are occurring with customers, including recurring issue resolution, operational review calls, and one-on-one meetings
Key Skills, Requirements and Competencies:
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelors in Engineering/ Business Administration/ Commerce/Economics with keen interest and exposure to Information Technology and Digital Solutions.

  • MBA in relevant stream(Completed or in Final year) - IB / Marketing / Finance / Information Technology
  • Prior Experience (minimum 12 months) in business development, IT including niche industries like Healthcare, ECommerce, Insurance, Banking, Energy, Media
