Peoplesoft Hcm Functional Job In Osi Digital Private Limited In Chennai, Hyderabad / Secunderabad, Telangana

• Hands on experience in the latest version of PeopleSoft 92
• Good understanding of PeopleSoft HCM applications and minimum of 4+ years of experience in PeopleSoft 92 and 85x tools or higher
• Hands on experience in Implementation or support on HCM modules on at least 3 modules (Core HR, Benefits, Recruitment, Performance management, Payroll, Time and Labor etc)
• Business Process and Functional understanding of PeopleSoft HCM modules with respect to configuration and support
• Ability to provide solutions for new requirements from business users
• Ability to provide demo on different Peoplesoft HCM modules
• Experience on ELM module will be added advantage
• Knowledge on technical tools like Application designer, Application engine, PeopleCode, Integration Broker, XML Publisher and SQR will be added advantage
• Excellent Communication skills
