• Serve as the primary point of contact for all questions and concerns related to job placement
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of job market trends, employer needs, and available resources
• Sharing industry feedback, trends, and expectations with students and leadership
• Advocate students as and when required to ensure their expectations and skills level match the jobs available in the market.
  
  
• Arrange Industry Visits, Guest Lectures and On Job Training for the students
• Participate in various student assessments with trainers to evaluate the student for potential placements
• Coordinating with the HR of the industries/ clients and understanding their manpower requirements
• Contacting HR of the industries for placement/ internship drives
• Making a list of eligible students based on eligibility criteria of a particular firm and sharing with them.
  
  
• Communicating with hiring managers to track candidate progress through the hiring process
