Position: Plant/Factory Head Industry Experience: 8-15 years in Food/Beverage Industry Experience Role Summary Experienced Plant Manager to head the operations of manufacturing plant in Bhopal Responsible for overall management of the manufacturing plant comprises of Fruit Drink products Position will be based at Bhopal and will be reporting to President Operations FnR Business Team: 8-10 direct reports (Production, Engineering, Quality, EHS, Commercial, HR and Other Support Functions) Essential Duties & Responsibilities 1)Managing overall plant operations such as Commercial, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, EHS, Logistics and Purchase & Finance functions 2)Budgeting, production, process & equipment selection, managing top line & bottom line, projects, plant management, maintenance and cost control 3)Coordination with Principal Company on demand/supply alignment 4)Leading plant to achieve the production & sales target as per AOP, formulating and implementing strategies for achieving annual business goals for the division & managing overall operations of the unit 5)Enhancing the production process operations, escalating productivity and operational efficiencies 6)Laying down SOP/guidelines for safety and security of manpower and machines as per standards and norms 7)Guiding all functions; ensuring optimum utilization of the resources and implementing & maintaining the quality management systems 8)Ensuring complete in-process quality control and continuous improvement in process capabilities 9)Ensuring adherence of preventive maintenance, foreseeing performance bottlenecks and taking corrective measures to avoid the same, facilitating cost reduction 10)Vendor identification/development, resource management and analytical assessment to strengthen effectiveness 11)Responsible for all compliances & norms as per state excise, FSSAI & other regulatory bodies 12)Leading capex & new project implementation 13)Leading teams towards the achievement of organizational goals and industry best practices 14)Overseeing Industrial Relations and Labour, complete recruitment, selection, orientation, and training processes 15)Managing the complete liaison with government departments and ensuring the smooth functioning of the plant Job Requirements 1)B.
