He/She will have to work closely with the Resource Manager and provide support to Resource management activities 1> Discuss with Resource manager on a daily basis to get details on the new projects and to get the project created in Resource management Tool (Saviom) portal once the SOW is signed 2>Coordinating with project managers to get the resource allocation details and then allocate resources in RM Portal 3>To be able to maintain (add/update/remove) the actual data of the exsisting project in RM portal based on any changes in resource allocation 4>Monitor regularly /maintain integrity of the data by following the defined processes and collaborate with Resource manager/Project Manager 5> Coordinate with project managers on the closure of the projects once the project is completed by analyzing the data in RM portal and make any corrections 6>Review all the active projects in RM portal frequently with respect to date/margin/Billing loss/overall correctness of the data 7>Review the resource management reports with respect to resource allocation/bench data/Utilization/Relieve,Long leave/PIp and discuss with the resource manager to take corrective actions
