• Understand the user requirements based on business cases
• Setup new projects in OSIOne as and when required
• Create New User accounts in OSIOne as and when employees join
• To work on Projects Closure on a weekly basis
• To work projects' extension on a weekly basis
• To work on missing/open/rejected timesheets on a weekly basis
• To do Global Invoicing
• Invoice Reconciliation
• To work on missing/open/rejected invoices on a weekly basis.
  
  
• Resource allocation to a project
• To attend the kick-off meetings in absence of Manager
• Generate Project P&L reports and inform Manager in case of negative margins
• To prepare New Projects Dashboard
• Generate adhoc reports as and when required by Managers
• Guidance to employees on any queries related to OSIOne
• To take care of exit formalities when an employee leaves the organization (OSIOne, OPN)
• Responsible for reporting daily tasks by updating Task Tracking Sheets
• Assist Senior members in preparing WSR, MSR and YSR
• Follow and maintain documentation and standards
• Assist formatting of documents and training materials
