Position Summary Power Electronics EngineeringThis Power Electronics Engineer position is for a highly motivated individual to work as part of a research and development team to design develop and validate power electronics for high voltage chargers, high wattage PFC, rectifiers, inverters and Power-train for Electric vehicle The candidate should have good written and verbal communication skills and be able to work independently and in a team effectively Please share your Cv - [HIDDEN TEXT] Location - Bangalore/Trivandrum Immediate Joiner(- Within 15 days) Specific Responsibilities and Knowledge Design and develop Power Electronics hardware, component selection, design schematic/layout of PCB, testing and validation Design and develop 3-Phase PFC & Rectifier in the power range of 20kW-150kW or higher, Design and develop Inverter / Power-train in the range of 50kW to 100kW, 1000V Design and develop Battery Charger in the range 50kW to 350kW, 500V/1000V/500Amp.

Design and develop MOSFET/IGBT/SiC Mosfet Gate Driver Develop and take precautionary measure to setup R&D and test equipment for High power and high voltage handling Clear and strategic thinker and must be able to manage details and keep deadlines Required Skills Good understanding and worked on PFC, Buck, Boost, Flyback topologies Worked on 3 PFC, Rectifiers, Inverters and Charger Should have handled 100KW or higher power.

Thermal management for power applications and design IEC/ISO Standards for EV Charging systems Experience 5-8 years of experience in Power Electronics Product development and design 3-5+ years of experience in handling high voltage upto 1000Vdc design.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in handling SiC Mosfet/Module and its driverExperience in designing high density boards that incorporate microcontroller, mixed analog and digital circuits and power electronics boards Education and Qualification BE(Electronics & Communication) Knowledge of certifications required for EMC/EMI and safety for handing high voltage
