Candidates will be responsible for the following activities:

• Creating working model, scenario models of Potable water distribution system with reference to telemetry data and GIS
• Model Build and Dynamic Calibration
• Hydraulic Network assessment and proposing detailed engineering solutions related to water modelling
• Studies on reservoir balances, pump designs, valve designs, pressure management issues, burst, leakage, surge analysis, designing new district metered areas, and pressure Managed Areas
• Identifying anomalies while performing hydraulic model runs and proposing pioneering
• Preparing technical reports and Model User Manual

QualificationsThe successful candidate will have the following Qualifications:

• M Tech/BE/BTech - Civil Engineering/Environmental Engineering/Chemical/Mechanical Engineering
• Experience with Infoworks WS Pro
• Experience with Synergi 93
• Experience with Mapinfo Professional/ArcGIS/QGIS for Data analysis and networks
• Experience withBentley Water Gems
• Experience with clean water modeling in Infoworks WS Pro/ Infowater
• A solid understanding of UK Clean Water Modelling standards
