• Fair knowledge on sourcing processes and quality management
• Experience from SAP and data warehouse applications such as QlikView
• Proficiency in engineering work and related quality tools are preferred
• Ability to learn new IT system

• Collect, review and log data into database for reporting and ensure accuracy and report deliverables' timelines
• Determine opportunities to streamline manual processes and develop automate relationship
• Contact supplier on missing details and ensure collection of valid data
• Escalate non-conformities to Global SQM community and proactively help overcome challenges
• Ensures compliance with Sourcing and KONE policies, processes and procedures
• Maintain good collaboration and strong working relationship with global SQM, business unit and suppliers
• Should be able to perform root cause analysis and draw the corrective and preventive actions
• Manages the scope, SLA and reports any change in tasks requested by the unit to the Operations manager
• Other ad-hoc tasks as allocated by Operations manager.
