• Prepare rough hand sketches for completing the costing activities
• Responsible for Providing the Tools, Gauges & Fixture on Time
• Maintaining all Departmental reports and records like Trackers, review reports, QMS & IMS documents

• Designing and improving production processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality
• Writing, editing, and testing CNC programs using computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software
• Setting up and operating CNC machines to produce parts and components to specifications.
  
  
• Conceptualizing the design: The CNC Engineer then develops a concept of the tool or fixture, considering factors such as ergonomics, accessibility, and ease of use
• Establishing guidelines for tolerance as required in absence of standards,
• Developing and maintaining process documentation, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and process flow diagrams
• Development Plan the product development as schedule
• Selecting and implementing production equipment and technologies to optimize the production process
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design engineering, quality, and procurement, to ensure that production processes are aligned with organizational goals.
