Process Specialist Job In Kone In India, Chennai

• Identifying potential areas for enhancing value creation and value accretion to the organization and conceptualizing and implementing systems and processes to realize the same
• Crystallizing the organization vision, mission and culture and internalizing the same to provide focus and direction to the company's initiatives
• Defining and refining people processes in the organization for organizational effectiveness
• Conceptualizing and implementing an MIS system capturing the health and progress of the organization both at a macro and micro level

• Formulating finance, operational budgets and tracking performance against the same by real time MIS systems and taking corrective action on observed deviations.
  
  

• Conceptualizing general ledger & financial reporting processes & on time compliance of accounting standards
• Establishing documented systems, policies, desk manuals and procedures in finance and accounts, establishing & implementing accounting controls and internal controls
• Applying a real time cost and management accounting system to report on product costs, process costs, segment profitability, pricing, relative contribution analysis of revenue segments to maximize profitability
• Validating works contract which is entered between company and customer (person placing order with the company) and approving the same which is at par to the company standards
