As aProcurementSpecialist, you will be a part of theGlobal Sourcing&LogisticsService Center organization and will be responsible for processingSourcing&Procurementrequests for a certain commodity/commodities across various regions The role includes providingSourcing&Procurementsupport to the buyers & businesses across the regionsYour Key responsibilities:

• Maintainspurchasingsystems, ensuring they reflect current pricing and contract terms
• Resolves exception notices and otherinvoicingdisputes
• Resolves basic supply problems and escalates as appropriate.
  
  
• Places spotorders
• May prepare draftpurchase contractsfrom established formats
• Administrationandreportingas necessary (from DuPont systems and external sources)
• Liaise with regional and global buying teams, providing information &analytical supportin alignment with their goals onportfolio managementand savings
• Must able to communicate verbally and written inFrench Languagewith good process knowledge on PR toPO process.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Graduates or Post Graduates, with at least 0-1 yrs of experience inSourcing,ProcurementandSupply Chainin BPO/ITES Industry supporting US/UK Clients
• PR toPO processexperience is must GoodInterpersonalSkills
• Excellent Oral & Written Communication Skills

• Should have ability to domultitasking
• Good working knowledge in MS Office applications
• Should be Willing to work in US Shift Timings (530 PM -230 am /630 pm - 330 AM)
