  • Develop product positioning and messaging informed by customer research, market insights, and product understanding that articulates the unique value of our products.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to design and execute product launches, feature updates, and partnership integrations
  • Develop marketing plans for the products you support in conjunction with global and regional marketing teams, including key activities and budgets to support the retention of existing customers and the acquisition of new customers
  • Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs that support your products on an ongoing basis, and report back to the business on required changes
  • Understand and support our sales channels train them on the problems we solve for our buyers and customers develop internal tools and external collateral and teach them how and when to use it
  • Advocate for our existing and prospective customers, be informed about our competitive landscape, and become the go-to expert for your product area to help shape the product roadmap and strategy.

  • Own development of key sales tools (presentations, case studies, web content) and collaborate with enablement and sales leaders to bring solutions narratives into the selling and renewal process
  • Build client org charts, target lists for ABM campaigns, with quarterly objectives for each, relative to renewals, upsells, and cross-sells

Basic Qualifications
  • 6-8 years product marketing, product management, go-to-market or field marketing experience in Insurance technology
  • Familiar with marketing automation tools such as Microsoft dynamics, SEISMIC, and Google Analytics.

  • Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is -or isn't-working
  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties Team player!
  • Knowledge of all phases of the product lifecycle process including research/analysis, product definition, product development, launch, product performance
  • Excellent communicator both verbally and written, with an ability to communicate with all levels in the organization-technical, business, creative, and executive
  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing MBA preferred
