• Lead complex, global and regional process transformation supporting Global Procurement
• Guide cross-organizational teams to define, build and implement business process solutions that increase efficiencies, improve standardization, and optimize procurement services.
  
  
• Drive benchmarking across various sources, standardize current processes and transformprocesses to set a best-in-class new standard
• Govern functional processes by developing business rules that drive the consistent interpretation of performance and ensure understanding of expectations
• Evaluate processes and propose changes or improvements to help achieve goals
• Elevate process efficiency and drive transformation by applying appropriate continuous improvement tools and methodologies

Leading through influence

• Lead adoption with organizational change management methods and tools and capture project or program return of investment.
  
  
• Ability to encourage and persuade others to adopt the change required for a successful implementation of the project

Stakeholder Engagement

• Develop positive relationships with stakeholders to enable a competitive advantage, achieving program and project objectives and successful implementation
• Actively engage with procurement leadership and cross-functional business clients to drive best practice adoption, optimized system utilization, and continuous process improvement outcomes

Build System/Software Solutions

• Collaborate with IT and other COE partners to execute full software development life cycle (SDLC), develop software components, software verification plans and quality assurance procedures, document and maintain software functionality, develop existing programs by analyzing and identifying areas for modification, create technical specification documents

Qualifications & Skills:

• BS in Engineering/Statistics/Computer Science or equivalent with 5 years of experience or MS/MBA with 3 years of experience following degree
• Relevant certification in Business Analytics, Programming languages

• Project Management Certification (eg, by PMI) is added advantage
• 2 to 5 years of software engineering or RPA development experience, preferably in UiPath.
  
  
• Proficiency in following tools is desirable: Tableau/ Power BI, Microsoft Power Automate/Power Apps, Agile/backlog management (eg, Azure, Jira, Confluence)
• Knowledge of relational databases (primarily SQL Server)
• Successfully completed at least 2 large-scale projects through the entire SDLC
• 2+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems.
  
  
• Hands-on experience developing software in Python, R or other programming languages
• Experience with APIs and services using REST, SOAP, etc
• Experience with test-driven development and automated testing frameworks
• Experience with various frameworks and processes, such as Scrum/Agile
• Experience with business application for procurement and supply chain like SAP, Ariba is preferred.
  
  
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, geographically distributed and dynamic environment
