Job Description

• 15+ years of experience into Banking domain in at least one of the following areas:
  • Commercial/Corporate/Retail Banking
  • Payments, Credit card systems, Transactional Banking
  • Commercial Lending
  • Capital Markets
• 5+ years of experience defining solutions to core business problems bringing in techno-functional expertise
• Expert level architectural skills translating high level business requirements into technology architectures that align to strategic architecture
• Solution designing relevant to strategic architecture direction and principles
• Must have worked in large cross-functional teams or enterprise projects
• Expertise in design standards, methods and tools, consistent with enterprise and solution architectures and ensuring effective application.
  
  
• Confident in functional design, Product Modernization and Transformational Ideas
• Excellent application analysis, design, and system integration skills
• Able to work independently, good influencing skills with a resilient mindset
• Stakeholder management: Ability to work with C-level Business and Technology Stakeholders
• Masters Professional degree in Business And/Or technology
• Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills
