Should have hands on experience on below:Pressing Machine shop, Press ShopMig WeldingSheet Metal Cutting / Powder CoatingPartaining ShopSupervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient mannerLiaising with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs, and labor requiredDiagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and trainingEstablishing safety procedures and protocols that take the workers' well-being into account, and that also minimize the carbon footprintKeeping abreast of advancements in engineering and production, and sharing knowledge with co-workersIdentifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices.

Drawing up production schedules and budgets for projectsScheduling meetings with relevant departments and Head of the DepartmentAnalyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvementObtaining any materials and equipment requiredSuperb problem-solving, and critical thinking skillsStrong leadership abilities.
