Designation: Program Lead €“ Sales Development
Function/Group: Business Development/India Sales
Experience: 4-6 years
Location: Bangalore

What will you be doing?
€ Tracking of communication calendar, redemptions, Verifying spends and liaison with Commercial & Procurement for billing and negotiations
€ Events: Vendor management, Liaison with procurement, Marketing on Brand approvals, and commercial for closing of billing
€ Associations/External Partner Liaison: Tracking agreements and rolling out collaborative programs & Tracking of events
€ People Development: Tracking IDP (sales development related)
€ Vendors & inter/ intra departmental liaison, Preparing reports and basic analysis
€ Handling Operations of various sales development projects
€ Supports Sales Development for BD Sales in projects on
€ handling Partner relationship management, Communication and outreach activities
€ A strong R&R and Trade loyalty program for external & internal team
€ launch of new products, channels, partners and organization structures for the ecosystem
€ internal/ external events & conferences
€ Will work closely with sales capability team and sales team on the Resource management frame work & New Partner onboarding plus induction
€ Will support the development & execution of R&R and other trade loyalty activity in the market and GST events
€ Will execute Internal R&R Program
Who are we looking for?
€ Good understanding Trade marketing with a focus on events
€ Very strong in MIS
€ Effective communication skills
€ Good in creativity and proactive approach is a must
€ Direct selling or insurance background preferable
€ Should have good knowledge of handling product launches
€ Should have been a part of R&R programs and sales incentive programs
€ Knowledge on trade marketing/ events and vendor management experience
€ Should have a knowledge of BTL and trade marketing activities
