• Delivering project on time within budget and scope
• The candidate should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility (Net)
• Good Agile process understanding and implementation experience.
  
  
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Preparing Project Plan and defining operational processes for the project
• Establishing/revising the Project's Capability baselines
• Define and review Quantitative Software Quality goals for deliverables.
  
  
• Ensuring deployment of resources for the project
• Evaluate training needs and preparing training schedule
• Participate in software process improvement activities
• Responsible for planning, implementing and tracking defect prevention
• Should have Wealth Management domain experience.
