When you add that to the challenges we take on and solve together, you'll discover that at HARMAN you can grow, make a difference and be proud of the work you do everydayJob Responsibilities:AWX governance - Oversee the customer delivery project teams and coordinate with the product development team in order to maximize re-use of the platform from start of the project until maintenanceDevelop Relationships - Build a close relationship with the internal & external customers of the projects Get a reliable partner for AWX customers and create an environment of trustManage Scope - Define and align work packages for the customer delivery teams prepare and present new feature- or change requests for the change - control board meetings and document agreed changesRequirements exchange - Gather and consolidate requirements and prepare these requirements as an input for the internal project teamsSuccessfully Launching Products in the market - Be a promoter of high quality and make sure quality processes are followed during the project execution.

Gather milestones from customers and consider them for the backlog planning to provide the AWX deliveries to customers in timeSupport the development & maintenance of the roadmap for AWX technologies that incorporates the specific needs of each of the individual businessesLiving the Product Lifecycle - Understand all aspects of product lifecycle from cradle to grave, ensure initial SW milestones happen on time, products launch successfullyWorking as a Team Player -Effectively communicate, motivate, and drive a close global cooperation between team membersEducation and/or Experience:Master's Degree preferred or Bachelor's Degree or at least 5 years of related experience in SW development and accountability in a technology driven SW environmentLanguage Skills:English: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common technical and commercial documents.

Ability to respond to internal & external customers in an efficient and professional wayBasic Qualifications:

• Product Development - experienced in SW development, program and product execution in an agile environment- technical capability to judge & align the inputs from the AWX leadership team, teams and stakeholders
• Domain Knowledge - strong knowledge in delivering products to market and in SW development Very experienced with Jira and Confluence Understanding of ASPICE and Audio domain knowledge is a plus
• Requirements Management - Experienced in gathering, aligning and coordinating requirements
• Change management - Understands the needs for a professional change management and judges carefully the impact of changes to the product and product quality
• Product development lifecycle - Understands the full product development lifecycle and related processes
• Communication Skills -He/she must be able to communicate effectively with internal & external customers and constituents outside the engineering organization.
  
  This person must have the ability to explain technology initiatives to the project teams and stakeholders
