Project Associate (JRF)/ Project Engineer Recruitment in IIT Mandi
Project Title: Development of carbon fiber reinforced polymer composites using microwave curing
Minimum Qualification and Experience: BTech or BE in Mechanical/Production Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks or 6 CGPA (preferably GATE qualified),or M.
Tech or ME in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Production Engineering or related areas with minimum of 70% marks or 70 CGPA

Salary: Rs.
15,000 to ₹ 25,000/- per month (consolidated) depending on qualification
Job Profile : Knowledge of composites and their testing procedures is essential Candidate is expected to fabricate the carbon fiber reinforced polymer composites using microwave curing process Understanding physics of the microwave curing is required Comparative analysis in terms of thermo-mechanical properties with conventionally cured specimens has to be performed
Preferable: Experience Candidate should be good at experimental work, analysis, interpretation of data scientific and appreciable scientific writing skills.
