We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer oriented Process Project Leader (Electrical) in Business Stream Powder, who will bring expertise in electrical and automation tools with a commitment to customer focus, quality and innovation This is person will impact the organization by being a proactive problem solver while showing enthusiasm for the company This is an opportunity to interface with our extensive customer base and provide industry leading processing solutions and field trouble shooting skills are required Process Project Leader will report to the team leader and is based in chakan, Pune What you will do

• Support pre-project in preparing Autonation & Electrical cost estimation for tender/project scope fulfilling the required electrical specifications Co-ordinale with client to understand their requirements for the project
• Prepare Panels/cables/cable trays/Pneumafics BOM as per design specification for tender, evaluate quotations and negotiate order details with the successful supplier.
  
  
• Prepare Automation & Electrical design specification as per the wiring rules for panels & installation and negotiate order details with successful electrical installation contractors
• Reporting to the Project Manager for budget, schedule, progress report & forecasting
• Prepare motor schedule from the project database Prepare hazardous area dossier in accordance with industrial standard
• Ensure all Electrical design implemented, complies with Local Electrical Regulations, Code of Practice, Client Electrical Standards, and any other regulatory requirements
• Compile electrical design details including termination schedule, electrical layout drawings, MCC single line schematic, hard wired safely interlocks & automation system overview
• Prepare purchase specifications for equipment including PLC/Field Panels, Instruments & UPS System/Power Distribution board etc
• Support of electrical activities on site including site installation, problem solving, manitor progress and performance of installation contract, issue site instructions to the electrical contractors and control variation costs
• Authorize all site generated electrical orders & supervise commissioning
• Prepare documentation for the Electrical commissioning team including IO check schedules, motor check schedules, safety interlocks & instrumentation commissioning schedules.
  
  
• Compile 'As built Electrical installation documentation including IO schedules, drawings, test reports and termination schedules for Handover to client

We believe you have

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering/Automation Engineering or related technical field
• At least 5 years of experience with processing area electrical and or automation systems required
• Strong background in AutoCAD Electrical or PLAN (AutoCAD Electrical Preferred
• Experience on Design of electrical hardware systems for industrial applications
• Good knowledge on how to put together schematics and layouts.
  
  
• Previous experience in food or dairy pharmaceutical industries is a plus
• Good level of design skill and troubleshooting capability of electrical (up to 600 VAC) and pneumatic systems required
• Strong, positive oral & written communication skills both internally & with customers required
