Location : Bangalore /Chennai / Mumbai (Any of these locations will do) Job Description : Summary: Supplier will provide services to support timely and accurate warranty data (includes call, NPS survey, web reviews, sNPS, and return data) collection /cleansing /manual reading /binning /reporting and other tasks as determined Deliverables: -Collect warranty data (includes call, NPS survey, web reviews, sNPS, and return data) from MS team folder and complete the data cleansing -Support high accurate warranty data manual reading and binning, complete the assigned tasks on time -Join weekly meetings with team and Client to update the progress and report issues during manual reading and binning -Consolidate and upload the analysis result to MS team folder.

-Report any emerging quality issues during the manual reading and data analysis -Support ad-hoc urgent warranty data analysis -Additional tasks as assigned Required Skill Set: - Should have experience in handling projects - Should have excellent communication sills.

-Should be excellent in analytical skills -Advanced skills with data using Microsoft's Excel (required) -Knowledge of Advanced Excel Power Bi or Macros will be an added advantage -Ability to work on assignments that are moderately complex in nature and require ordinary problem resolution and independent judgment -Ability to work under limited supervision and normally receives general instructions -Ability to work with multiple issues/projects and has the experience/ability to support more than one task.
