Role: Project Manager Experience:7 - 8 years of experience in managing multiple projects end- end We are looking for project manager who have experience to plan, execute, control and ensure closure of projects, while managing people and delivery excellence in all parameters of time, cost and pro cesses in projects Desired skills and Experience: Experience in leading IT projects with global presence Knowledge in project management framework Experience in product development from the scratch Develop detailed program execution plan, monitor eachstage of program implementation, manage program critical path, being mindful of upstream and downstream dependencies Define and coordinate delivery of improvements to the quality of the service and keep it aligned with the business needs Lead and manage ITprojects within Communication Domain Coordinate work of team(s) and inspire them to achieve successful execution of projects Provide overall communication and interface with all areas affected by the program including cross - functional stakeholders and dependent teams Act as an escalation point for project issues Effectively communicate appropriate information to stakeholders in a timely manner and to achieve desired understanding and support Prepare weekly summary of the progress and communicate with necessary stakeholders Self - driven and motivated individual Strong communication, negotiation, facilitation skills Strong leadership skills, time management, decision making, independence and discipline Customer - service - oriented approach PMP certification orScrum master would bea plus
