Managing of BPO/KPO projects in the area of E-publishing, Content Solutions, Media, Telecom and othersHandling of Onsite and Off-shore transition following the Transition methodology and processes Business report documentation, process mapping, process improvement through lean and continual improvement Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projectsEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersPerform risk management to minimize project risksEstablish and maintain relationships with clients and third parties/vendorsCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationScheduling assignments to achieve the pre- set goals within time, quality & cost parameters.

Adhering to business performance matrices to extract optimum performance in terms of quality and quantityDocumenting reports from time-to-time for the purpose of submission to top management for strategic decision-making; tracking variations in terms of operational variables, conducting Quality Checks of all reports Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniquesMentoring, motivating & managing the team members thereby attaining business growth
