Project Manager Job In Exponentia In India, Mumbai

• Project manager shall be responsible to oversee and take responsibility for the successful delivery of a range of projects in Business Intelligence, Data warehousing, Analytics/AI-ML
• Project manager is expected to manage the project and lead the teams of BI engineers,data engineers, data scientists and application developers

• Project Planning - Plan the project as per the SoW including key milestones, team required, efforts for delivery, risk and mitigation plans
• Project Team Planning - Plan and onboard team, coordinate with TA/TMG teams for getting the right people onboarded in the team, interview and select, setup with the role plays and KRA for each team member
• Managing the delivery - Manage projects from commencement till handover to client or internal BAU team
• Present the key milestones with all the stakeholders - Kickoff, Sprint PlayBacks, Milestone Signoffs, Handover
• Manage the quality of deliverables - presentations, requirement document, design documents etc and ensure completeness.
  
  
• Lead the daily project operations - stakeholder meetings, daily standups etc
• Ensure all project activities are managed in PM/DevOps tools and daily activities are well published
• Ensure Senior Stakeholders at Client organization are updated and managed well
• Developing the PM processes - Enhance and manage the PM processes as per the guidelines
• Status reporting to both internal and external stakeholders
• Communicate with all stakeholders
• Manage end to end project lifecycle - requirements gathering, design, develop, testing and go-live.
  
  
• Managed end to end BI or data warehouse projects
• Must have experience in running Agile based project development

• Experience in Business Intelligence Or Data warehousing or Analytics projects
• Understand data lake and data warehouse solution including ETL pipelines
• Good to have - Knowledge of Azure blob storage, azure data factory and synapse analytics
• Good to have - Knowledge of Qlik Sense or Power BI
• Good to have - Certified in PMP/Prince 2 / Agile Project management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
