Job Description

• Develop, maintain, track & report project monitoring & control processes for projects and provide planning, schedulingfor the assigned project
• Coordination with project stakeholders, conduct site visits to verify progress and identify any potential and critical issues, work on organizational strategic initiatives
• Develop level 3-4 schedule
• Project planning experience from construction site
• Stakeholder management
• Forecasting project completion
• Develop Resource loaded schedule

Qualifications

• 8-10 years experience, BE/BTech with relevant work experience in planning
• High end high riseresidential , mixed used development experience preferred
• Will work with client and on ground, interpersonal skills are key
