Roles and Responsibilities: To coordinate the Project operation ensuring that the desired services are provided and outlined activities are carried out as planned To establish effective and meaningful linkages with government departments, officials and NGO partners in the area and district To establish linkages with existing pathological laboratories/ hospitals/ specialist consultants to obtain services for project at free/discounted rates To organize training/ Capacity Building of Team where required To organize IEC campaigns, programmes, and activities on healthcare To organize health camps and special activities and programmes from time to time as per the needs of the community and Project guidelines To be reactive to situations and should have clearly known Emergency Protocols in case of any natural calamity or Accidents Project Monitoring, Donor Reporting, Project Review and Planning, Donor Liaising Monitor the Data captured on Health App Should do regular monitoring of the Project activities, Review Project Activities Vs Achievements Monitor Project Activities Implementation on a monthly /quarterly and annual basis Should ensure that all Protocols are being followed for the Project Implementation as per donor expectations and Govt.

Norms Should do regular Budget Review, Project Budget Vs Expenses and ensuring 100% utilization of Budget with Proper advance planning Should do Timely Donor reporting and Management Ensure that the Donor expectations are met Ensuring optimum use of resource utilization for successful completion of project Ensuring the project delivery as per MOU design and alignment with statuary compliances Quick response to trouble shooting Ensuring referrals Mgmt for the critical illness Plan Project activities as per Project Objective and Targets Team Coordination and ensuring availability of Locum Staff in the absence of Regular Project Staff (Medical consultant, Pharmacist and Driver) Ensure smooth running of Project Activities Ensure Donor cordial relationship Ensuring COVID Appropriate behavior has been followed Ready to travel to remote location with the short notice Ready to take additional responsibilities and challenges as and when required as per Project need Qualifications and skills: Graduate / post graduate in Social Work preferred Compassion and passion to work in the development sector Fluent in English IT exposure: Exposure of social media Preferred Industry: Developmental Sector / Social Sector
