Project Manager/ Program Manager Job In Resource Access Management Solutions Private Limited In Bengaluru / Bangalore

Responsibilities: The Program Manager (PgM) is an empowered decision maker, responsible for end-to-end delivery of Integration solution for scoped CIO initiative, right from inception to deployment Assess the requirement and define the scope / Product specification shared by CIO Teams Create, maintain and communicate a clear & transparent delivery roadmap/release plan, and delivery progress regularly throughout the project's life cycle Assess if the requirements are aligned to Strategic RoadMap of Integration and if there is any deviation and technical limitation / challenges Regularly engage with the CIO Domain SPOCs / sponsors to keep a check on priority, communicating progress of releases as agreed in QPR Keep Stakeholders updated on ongoing progress for deliverables, risks and challenges Define the goals of Sprints, bi-monthly and quarterly roadmaps Based on this prioritize the experiments / user stories based on business value and risks Approve the acceptance criteria and Definition of Done at each phase gate throughout the delivery life cycle of the scoped initiative Collaborate with development leads and delivery leads to coordinate project schedules, budgets, and staffing to support the Integration delivery for CIO initiatives
