Job DescriptionZycus is hiring a Proposal Consultant/ Presales ConsultantThe Proposal Consultant (PC) at Zycus works with the Principal Consultant & Sales Team and supports them in comprehensive account pursuit documentations The proposal consultant will be a part of India pre-sales team constructing customer focused deliverables covering Rfx(s), presentations, technical sheets, etc PC forms an integral part of winning new accounts by creating value propositions and leveraging innovative bid themes to form a winning proposalYour top three responsibilities as a Proposal Consultant will be to:

• Own and drive documentations and proposals completely till final submissions.
  
  
• Develop thorough functional knowledge and solution customer business processes with Zycus modules
• Ensure excellence for all deliverables both in terms of quality and process adherence

The Proposal Consultant needs to have expert product knowledge and his/her expertise is essential to a successful saleAs a Proposal Consultant at Zycus you would:

• Develop customer focused proposals with a consultative approach
• Complete ownership of bid management and deliverables
• Participate/Innovate winning bid themes
• End to end understanding of functional and technical aspects
• Be immaculate at documentation & pay attention to detailing
• Participate in and conduct knowledge management activities supporting team

• Strong in Problem Solving and Analytical skills
• Excellent in Presentation and Communication skills
• Detail-oriented with an ability to ask the right question
• Able to understand business problem and map it to our product offerings, expertise and capabilities of the organization
• Strong MS Office Skills, especially MS Powerpoint
• Certifications of CPSM / APMP/ Shipley / Proposal Writing Courses will be an added advantage
