Job DescriptionBoeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Proposal Management Specialist (Level 3) to join our Proposal Management team In this role, the focus will be by providing support to our Global Sales team to enable growth across multiple businesses within BGS-Commercial ServicesThis is a hybrid position that allows telecommutingThe selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location optionsPosition Responsibilities:Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Lead proposal teams including Sales, cross functional team members and contracts to develop accurate and timely proposals/contracts in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Performs tasks that meet identified requirements by application of, or in accordance with, accepted proposal management standards in the industry.
  
  
• Provides reports, project status and change information to project team per established processes and communicates plan changes and recovery plans to others

• Experience working in an environment with competing and changing priorities
• 3+ years of experience in a role requiring project / program management skills

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tool
• Experience in contracts or proposals preparation
• Experience with job requiring attention to detail

Typical Education/ Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.

g Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (eg Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc).
