Job Description (Senior QA):Develops and establishes quality assurance standards and measures for the Application supported by the organizationGathers and analyzes data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirementsResponsible for the end-to-end execution of QA activities assigned to him/herPlans, designs, and executes new QA tests for new/existing product functionality at all testing levels as defined in the SDLC followedthusshould possess sufficient domain & application knowledge to plan & execute different testing activities for all testing phasesActivities assigned by the QA Manager/QA Lead, is delivered with minimum supervisionExpected to take the lead for some QA activities and to influence the team in delivering good quality performancePerformance and completion of assignments impact his/her own role as well as the QA Team's overall goals and set targets.
