Ensure that feedback is delivered on time and seamless dashboard reporting on a daily basis Collate and distribute the results from the QC Scores to provide management and external stakeholder's oversight Investigate error trends, discuss with operations to assist the improvement of quality rates Conduct thorough investigations conducted by the Operations Deliver all error feedbacks to respective advisors for all the errors reported out, each day.

Work with the Team Manager/Operations Manager to plan and provide support to enable performance improvement for advisors with high defect rate Detailed understanding of the business operational objectives, procedures, service standards and compliance requirements Knowledge of bank and product procedures and policies specifically Regulatory Compliance for products and services .

The role holder will have experience of financial crime screening, along with banking and financial services exposure preferably in a Customer Screening, Payment Screening, Sanctions & PEP screening and AML Screening due to the specialist nature of the functionWhat will you be doing Provide a dedicated and robust QC of investigation's conducted by the FCO Screening Operation Complete all QC checks for the day as per defined procedures Deliver all error feedbacks to respective advisors for all the errors reported out, each day.

Work with the Team Manager/Operations Manager to plan and provide support to enable performance improvement for advisors with high defect rate Detailed understanding of the business operational objectives, procedures, service standards and compliance requirements Knowledge of bank and product procedures and policies specifically Regulatory Compliance for products and services .

Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills to ensure seamless feedback delivery Exposure to understand & prepare high level dashboards with proficiency in Excel & Power point Proven experience in an Operations and/or assurance roleWhat we're looking for: Graduate in any discipline .
