Description

Responsible for GPS Country Contact query management, triage and proving corresponding solution(s) to stakeholders Ensure issues are resolved timely, accurately and efficiently In order to do so, these requests may require coordinating between Regional Leads, Global GPS Team, Global ITS or our external survey provider
Regular monitoring of shared mailbox, GPS Portal and GPS Marketplace to ensure first level response meets/ exceeds service level agreement
Tracking and coordination of country progress against each GPS Milestone.

Collation and checking to ensure completeness and accuracy
SharePoint design and administration support
Coordination of the member firm re-charge process for additional GPS fees incurred Delivery of documentation to Global Finance for country invoicing
Troubleshoot survey participant’s technical issues and escalate as appropriate to the GPS Team for further investigation
Fulfill user report access requests to enable direct access to survey results for HR and the business.


Country response rate monitoring and overall Global People Survey participation
Manage first level reporting queries in the Employee Engagement Software and/or ad-hoc reporting tool

The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written with global colleagues, co-workers and business contacts in a confident, courteous and professional manner
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Self-starter with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and the ability to work under ambiguity
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.


The ability to work independently in a global virtual team involving people from many cultures and varying language skills
Must be able to work flexible hours to coordinate, plan and attend conference calls to support a global audience in various time zones
Basic system administration knowledge
Technically sound with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with the primary focus on Excel
