We have requirement for our client located in Gurugram area and manufactures Sheet Metal parts, Gear Boxes, Body parts in auto Sector they require Quality Manager having 10 to 15 years experience after doing Mechanical Engineering Degree or Diploma BTech shall be preferred Experience in Tier 1 company is desired and should have latest experience in auto Sector.

Reporting shall be done to the Manufacturing Head of the unit Quality Manager should have good command in quality plan , understanding the Team ,Free production as per Budgeted Plan, quality functions through Sunrise meetings, and can do Quality Ratings The desired Compliances are VDA.

-63, IATF-16949, ISO 14001,45001, MACE activity Customers document desired is 8D, A3, A4, CAPA,SMIR etc For Plant Improvement -TQM, SPC, MSA quality circles are desired Quality person has to Plan & reduce Rejection and Rework PPM to reduce inspection cost.

REVIEW : FMEA, Calibration of Instruments, Validation & checking of Gauges, Jigs &Fixtures, Audits as per scheduleThe Product development has to see PPAP requirements, Readiness of quality, and for New Product development PPAP is to be seen MTC or Material Testing Certificate from Vendors, & develop Venders performance for quality delivery and timely delivery as per customers requirementPlease send your resume if it matches your profile in Normal words format and not in PDF file Do mention your present Salary and expected salary in your mail.
