Job DescriptionThe responsibilities of the R2R Lead: Managing the monthly close for global entities which includes ensuring compliance with internal deadlines, oversight of accounting ledgers accuracy, review of journals, reconciliations, back-up schedules and ledger analysis Verification of monthly management account on ERP (SAP) within specified time frame and with accuracy General ledger and sub-ledger accounting and A/R and A/P management.

Fp&a, Statutory accounting, Audit, Balance sheet management and migrate processes from other locations into the Shared Services Centre as required Handling bank related matters, review Input pack and HFM Upload File, reviewing CAPEX upload, FTE data Sheet, complete report for group, Import Trail Balance, Sector Split Journal on HFM Experience with General Ledger Systems, Financial Planning and Analysis Processes, Financial System implementation, Reporting, Budgeting and Pricing Supporting the ERP project from an FP&A perspective.

Monitor Key performance indicators, Variance analysis identifying trends and comparing it against the budget, forecasts, prior year & business KPls Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposesThe Successful ApplicantThe succesful R2R Lead candidate:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• 6 years of post-qualification experience in the Record to Report (R2R) tower, preferably from a services industry captive/BPO set-up
• Good communication skills
