Job Description:

• Independently handling end-to-end recruitment process
• Building and Maintaining Database of Contacts and Resumes
• Taking ownership of the assigned work.


• Understanding the Job Description, discussing the job description with client for submitting apt cvs
• Scrutinizing CVs as per Job Description from Job Boards like Naukri, Montser, Timesjobs and Social

Networking Sites

• Posting ads on job portals
• Has passion to speak over handphone
• Knowledge of using social media tools
• Innovative approach to speak to candidates.
