Regional Hr Manager Global Specialty Businesses Job In Boston Consulting Group In Bengaluru / Bangalore, India

WHAT YOU'LL DOAs part of the Global Specialty Businesses (GSB) Regional HR team, you will play a pivotal role in driving HR generalist activities to ensure superior employee experience You will work closely and partner with local business leadership, managers, and employees to address a variety of people topics across the employee lifecycle -

• Providing guidance on local HR policies and procedures
• Driving culture & affiliation
• Onboarding new team members
• Managing local HR processes, eg, employment contracts (capacity changes, new contracts, etc) in accordance with local laws
• Being the local point of contact for GSB transfers, supporting Mobility programs
• Conducting local exit interviews
• Managing terminations and employee relations issues (where needed)
• Implementing compensation changes
• Providing local support on compensation ranges design per cohort/group

Supporting year-end bonus & compensation review process according to local standards (e.

g bonus letters, promotion adjustments)YOU'RE GOOD AT

• Driving effectiveness and efficiency in HR processes
• Engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
• Building trust-based relationships
• Collaborative problem solving that results in buy-in to win-win solutions

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• 8 - 10+ years of professional experience in HR, preferably within a fast-paced, matrixed organisation
• Masters degree in Human Resources or any related field
• Very strong influencing, networking and relationship building skills
• Outstanding initiative, ownership, and results-orientation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, good business judgement
• Flexibility, reliability and the ability to manage ambiguity
• Strong work ethics
• People management and team building skills
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, etc possibly Workday
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
