Regional Manager Afr North And East Job In Dhl Aero Expreso In India, Delhi

• Manage, control and develop the Air Freight (AFR) import & export operational activities in the area in accordance with the group business strategy and local business environment to deliver maximum profit and optimize business assets and human resources
• Responsible for the AFR P & L in the Region and driving AFR Market Share growth in collaboration with Sales
• Responsible for regional AFR EBITA budget
• Implements, monitors and enforces service and quality standards in day to day operations, in co-operation with product management team
• Customer PR and Carrier / Authorities contact at top regional levels.
  
  
• Product/ Business development in Hinterland
• Responsible for AFR Operations Quality and Excellence
• Customer/Network Claim Handling/Closures
• Customer Visits for Sales Support closures
• Reconciliation / Resolution of Network Issues & Credit Control related commercial issues.
  
  
• Develop a culture of quality, service excellence (for internal customers), flexibility and cost consciousness
• Develop a team spirit and multitasking capabilities within the team
• Develop IKOs/KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance
• Conduct performance appraisal, including coaching
