• Revitalizing basic lean-agile principles and values

• Training, mentoring, supporting, facilitating and coaching TDE colleagues to grow and develop a lean-agile mindset in their teams

You will typically work on small assignments, leading change/s to problem solve in specific teams based on priority and business needs A self-starter with a truly lean-agile mindset, you will first need to identify the problem to be solved, challenging those engaging with you, in order to understand root cause

Education and Expertise that you are likely to have

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical discipline, or equivalent work experience required advanced degree preferred
• Multiple years of agile experience, at team level and at scale
• Relevant RTE/Program/Portfolio Management experience (or equivalent)
• Relevant Agile Champion and/or Agile Coaching experience
• Experience in effecting transformational change
• Comfortable interacting and working with leaders at different levels in business, product and engineering domains
• You will have a natural ability to connect with people and work with virtual team members
