sc or equivalent) in Physics/Chemistry or M,E/MTech in Material Science/Materials Engineering/metallurgy with at least one research paper in Science citation index (SCI) journal.

Salary: Rs 54,000/- pm with HRA and medical facilities as per rules

Age Limit: Age: Not exceeding 28 years for JRF & 35 years for RA (age relaxable up to 5 years for SCIST and up to 3 years for OBC candidates)
