Title : “Assembly of Bacterial Cell Division Protein, FtsZ into Ring-like Structures: Cell Biological, Biochemical, Biophysical and Ultra-structural Characterization of Novel Mutants trapped in a Helical Intermediate Stage of Z-ring Assembly”
Qualification: PhD in life sciences in disciplines of microbiology, biochemistry or cell biology The candidates must have experience in molecular techniques like PCR and RT-PCR, RNA isolation from bacterial species, gene expression studies in bacteria, FTIR, and Fluorescence microscopy Desirable: Work experience in Microbial Genetics and Molecular Biology.

Interested candidates should appear for a walk-in interview scheduled
to be held on 18.12.2018 at about 10.00 am at School of Biological
Sciences, NISER along with their resume duly filled in all respect in
the prescribed proforma (given in page 2-3 of this document) along
with copies of all certificates at the time of interview with recent
passport size photograph pasted on it. Original documents should be
produced at the time of interview for verification. The selection will
be made on the basis of Interview of the candidates. All candidates
are requested to reach one hour before the scheduled time.
