Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Research Manager to lead our India-based members of the Commodities Global Analyst Team This team helps produce detailed market supply-demand, cost and price forecasts at the asset, regional and global levels for Gas & LNG, Oils & Chemicals and Metals & Mining Commodities is a fast-growing business at Wood Mackenzie and the Global Analyst Team plays a major role in supporting the transformation of this organisation It is also a key enabler in MainresponsibilitiesYou will hire and lead a regional group of talented Research Associates and Analysts primarily based in Delhi, Hyderabad and Mumbai.

You will build a strong talent pipeline and support development of those analystsYou will communicate a clear purpose and set of goals to your team and will collaborate with the Head of the Commodities Global Analyst Team and the other Research Managers to build effective hiring, onboarding and development processes for our colleagues in India and beyond You will work closely with senior experts across the business to build strong coaching relationships across the Global Analyst TeamIn partnership with the managers of the Assets and Markets Research teams, you will ensure the efficient and timely delivery of our research programme across Gas & LNG, Oils & Chemicals, Short-Term Analytics and Metals & MiningYou will also identify opportunities for your direct reports in different functions (e.
