This is paid, 16-week initiative with intent to transition our returners to permanent placement As diverse as our business is, as are the opportunities we have available Our cohort of Returnship participants will join multidisciplinary teams across a variety of divisions Your Focus:

• Provide ownership of the end-to-end opportunity, working with Subject Matter Experts to develop value propositions that position to win work
• Own thequality and presentation of our submissions and work with the teams to determine the best approach and style of response
• Balance technical and commercial differentiation to support the Sales Lead in presenting the perfect balance that wins projects which fit our vision
• Effectivlybring the ideas of others to market you have good judgment about which ideas and suggestions could work
• Manage the flow of your wrk process utilising Microsoft, CRM Salesforce, SharePoint, and InDesign

As a participant, you will:

• Experience 16 weeks of on the job learning and exploration with a diverse community of professionals from a wide range of backgrounds
• Access the vast network of resources at Jacobs through continual leadership development, support and mentorship from our dedicated Returnship program team
• Be confident that you will receive ongoing support and mentorship and support as you navigate the transition with us to permanent employment
• Be a part of our Returnship cohort community participating in regular focus group feedback session and social events to facilitate a seamless transition as you return to the workforce

Here's What You'll Need:

• You will have a degree (or higher), with a numeric focus preferably in economics, finance, property or one of the engineering sector domains
• You have had a career break of at least 1 year
• You are interested in returning to work on a permanent basis (both part time and full-time options available)
• You have at least five years of relevant post graduate professional experience
• You are driven and thrive in a collaborative team
• You are available to start the Returnship program in April 2023
