Urgently looking for candidates with min 2-3yrs of experience in Hardcore sales in any sector(Preferably Education / Time Share/ Life Insurance industries)for a reputed Educational instituteRole:Sales and Admission CounselorLocation: Pune/PatnaJob Responsibilities:You shall be responsible for calling on the database, generate walk-in & convert them into admissionYou shall be responsible for achieving weekly/monthly admission targetsYou shall be responsible for adhering to the admission process & documentation, batch formation, giving career seminars at education institutes, schools, colleges etc Ensuring proper handling of all queries of students & parents by effective counselingYou shall make productive house callsYou shall be responsible for delivering impactful sales presentation in nearby areas of respective locationPreparing daily sales reportsJob Requirements:Graduate/MBA with 2 to 8 years of Hard Core Sales ExperienceExcellent communication and selling skillsShould have Fire & Hunger for Sales and should be a consistent High performerPreference would be given to Candidates with experience in Education / Time Share/ Life Insurance industriesMale & Female both preferredIts individual contributor role, not a team handling profileWorking Days and Timings: 6 days working Sunday fixed off(9:30am-6:30pm)Immediate Joiners would be preferred.
