Sales Coordinator Female Job In MITRAS TECHNOCRAFTS In Delhi

• To respond quickly and effectively to all incoming sales queries & purchase order from sales engineers and customer through mail, courier, Fax etc
• Provide support and assistance to fellow team members/departments, as needed in order to meet company / Team goals
• Direct Co-ordination with client or sales team if any clarification required
• Complete any project assigned by sales manager like data entry, prospect mailing and any other sales support function
• Filling of purchase orders received regional wise.


• Purchase order received to be keyed in CRM
• Forwarded a copy of purchase order to production department with sale order reference once the sales order is done
• Any changes or amendment in particular order to be informed immediately to production dept through mail
• Performa invoice if required to be set immediately
• Drawing if required for particular order to be forwarded to R&D Department
• Insist sales engineers to send quotationers, offer copy & drawings along with purchase order
• Invoice to be created as per the instruction given in purchase order
• AR posting to be done immediately after deliveries.


• Documentation-
• Preparing monthly, weekly or daily sales analysis report
• Updating the status of sales order in database
• Vendor creation details if requested
• Planning and executing effective and innovative promotional schemes to heighten brand awareness and increase market penetrates coordinating the channel network of business handling Export
• Reviewing Daily MIS Report & track all material in side the warehouse
• Coordinate with Dealer & Distributors etc
• Process all Orders, raise Indents
• Track this dispatching material by daily report
