To achieve the Total Target of Western Zone ( EPC Business (Project) and End User Business (MRO) ) Managing the End User business (MRO) through Sales Engineer through Mentoring, Guiding & demonstrating the Managerial skills Networking with Top Management of the Customers in the Grid Conducting Seminars/ Webinars/ Roadshows Coordination with Colleagues Other Branches / Head Office Marketing / Manufacturing etc Responsible for Complete Sales cycle including collection of Payments Personal Attributes: Self Motivated Energetic Go getter Sincere Must Have Skills Having a good handful of experience with customers like IOCL , HMEL, GAIL, EIL, TECHNIP, FLOUR, SAMSUNG , PETROFAC etc Experience of managing team for more than 10 years Overall sales & Marketing experience - 12- 18 years in this field Qualification - BE Mechanical/Chemical/Production MBA- Marketing added advantage Work Experience: Must have experience in sales in Product segment : Steam Traps, Pumps, Valves, Mechanical Seals, Boilers Must have experience to handle Vashi region Have handled EPC consultants/Contractors more than 10 years
