Responsibilities: Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships with existing and new client base by partnering with them and understanding their needs Generate Leads Private as well as Govt sector Business Acquisition Calling and setting up meetings, identifying accounts, sending proposals, give presentations, schedule appointments, follow up, negotiation for closures, accounts receivable Develop Partners and work closely with System Integrators.

Manage internal and external stake holders Achieve Quarterly Sales Targets Should be good at following up with latest suitable Tenders and prepare submissions Candidate should be willing to travel extensively Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics.

Skill Sets: Candidate should have an experience of selling AIDC Solutions in Logistics, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Supply Chain Domain Presentation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficient in English Good prospecting skills and ability to generate Leads Hands-on experience on MS office Should be able to make proposals independently Excellent negotiation skills Strong decision-making abilities Proven track record of positive sales performance
