2 Qualifications: Graduate/ Preferably MBA (Marketing)

3 Experience: 2 years + in similar business

4 Eligibility: Knowledge of merchant acquiring with the ability to hit the ground running.

Business acumen with the ability to provide solutions that drive positive results to that customer Good Communication and presentation skills Ability to build relationships and network with relevant groups (Suppliers, Third Parties) Basic Knowledge of Banking Good computer knowledge MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point )

5 Principle Function & Responsibilities: Maintaining Relationship and continuous interaction with Corporate Merchants and major store level Keep a tab on competitor’s position and market scenario.

Sourcing new corporate merchants by leveraging market relationship Monitoring business generated by merchants allocated to them and ensuring increase in total as well as on-us volumes Corporate Customer acquisition & Customer retention Proactive identification of new prospects and support the business development Merchant Management through building relationship with merchants.

Interface with various departments, Technical Service providers (TSPs) in order to provide prompt service to the corporate merchants To devise strategies and formulate sales plan to ensure achievement of sales goals, medium as well as long term
